Average, Edisa Corp. take 3 days on process & ship out the on line orders. For regular grand shipping should take one to two weeks delivery to locations within the continental United States.( To west coast would take 7-8 working days, To east coast would take 3-4 working days, To middle of contnental would take 5-6 working days)

All products are shipped 100% insured.

DO NOT DISCARD BOX.Our shipping company requires oringinal box,with original packing material. Throwing away,or cutting up the box will void shipping insurance.

Damaged shipment must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.No Exceptions.
Any plastic or outter parts are damaged only during the shipping ( when you receive it ), could report & ask replacement such part from Edisa Corp.

One year limited manufacturer warranty on parts ( unless otherwise started). Three month limited manufacturer warranty on parts for off road products (unless otherwise started).
Customer must report defect within warranty period.Warranty starts the day you receive the order. No Exceptions.
Any mis-use of the product, or any damage due to collisions will automatically void the warranty.
Customer is responsible for retuning the defective part,otherwise an additional charge will apply for that part.A retune address will be provided to you after filling a claim.
Customer is responsible for shipping charge associated with returning the damaged part.
Edisa corp. is responsible for the shipping charge of replacement part.
Edisa corp. is responsible for the cost of the replacement part.
Warranty does not cover service & labor.
Warranty does not cover damage to plastic or outter parts. If a such a part is damaged when you receive it, please read shipping damage.
Warranty does not cover wearable parts ( for example, spark plug, filter,tires, battery,frame,)
* Return & Refund Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Edisa corp. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
We do not accept any return merchandise without RMA# or shipped out over one month from B/L date.
Edisa corp. provides you the cost prices from our factory, quality products & on time delivery… We pass on any savings we have derectly to you, our customer with that in mind:

Products retuned must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.
Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. This includes shipping to customer & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed stanard shipping charges.
